  • 2 tablespoon of locust bean {Iru}
  • 2 Chicken Maggi

1. Wash the meat or fish

2. Boil the meat or fish, add the seasoning powder and small onion cook till is tender

3. Wash the locus bean and okra

4. Using food processor chop the okro and set aside

5. Then, when the meat becomes tender, add the locust bean, crayfish, fresh pepper, Maggi, and some salt to taste. Cook for 10 minutes

6. Add the palm oil into the pot

7. Then, add the okro to the palm oil and stir

8. Let it boil for about 5 minutes

9. Serve you delicious soup and enjoy!!!
