  • 3 cups of rice
  • Fresh or tin tomatoes
  • 500g of chicken, meat, beef{any one of your choice}
  • Fresh pepper
  • 1 bay leaves
  • 2 tablespoon of curry
  • 1 tablespoon of thyme
  • 3 pieces of diced ginger
  • 5 cloves of garlic,miced.
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • Vegetable oil
  • Salt to taste

2. Wash the meat, get a clean pot, and put the meat in it, add the seasoning, three cubes of Maggi, little of the sliced onion, and thyme.

3. Heat a large pot and place on medium heat. Add the vegetable oil, when it heat add your sliced onions and fresh pepper, stir occasionally, add garlic, ginger, and the tomatoes and stir for about 5- 10 minutes. Then add the chicken water to give it a spice taste.
