Original and photocopies of all your certificates.
West African School Certificate(WASC) (with not less than 5 Credits at 2 sittings.
Original Admission Letters.
Degree or HND certificates or statement of results.
Personal Identity Card (ID) from the institution of graduation.
Six (6) Photocopies.
All graduates of Medicine and other health-related courses such as Nursing Science, Laboratory Science, Physiotherapy, Pharmacy etc MUST possess and upload current-professional license. An expired license is not acceptable for mobilization.
Foreign graduates should endeavor to bring for verification; original copies of all their uploaded credentials and travel documents including international passport.
Foreign graduates must ensure that academic papers in languages other than English must be translated into English accordingly and both versions presented for verification at the camp.
