This scholarship is been organized by the Mobil producing Nigeria; (mpn) operator of its joint venture (jv); with the Nigerian national petroleum corporation (NNPC). And this awards 500 undergraduate scholarship awards every year to Nigerian students in various universities.

List Of The Approved Discipline/Course

This is expected to last for only one academic year initially and is renewable to cover the duration of the study; based on the academic performance of the student with findings from the universities.

We will like you to know that It is only open for students in their first year (100), or second year (200) at Nigerian universities 2023.

Here is the list of the approved discipline/course of study considered.

• Petroleum engineering.
• Chemical engineering.
• Mechanical engineering.
• Electrical engineering.
• Civil engineering.
• Geology/Geophysics.
• Medicine (MBBS only).
• Agricultural science (and related fields).
• Computer science.

Eligibility for the scholarship  2023

Applicants must have their SSCE or its equivalent with a minimum of 5 distinctions passed at a sitting.

Must be registered full-time undergraduate In their first or second year of study in any accredited Nigerian university.

Applicants must be verified students of the above-listed disciplines.

NOTE: students who are currently on similar scholarship awards from other oil and gas companies should not apply.

Eligible Nationality. Students from every state of the federation including (FCT).
